RETURNS POLICY

Workwear Bundles will not accept responsibility for any misspellings, grammatical errors or design errors caused by the customer. Personalised items will only be eligible for a refund or exchange if the product itself is faulty. Goods will only be accepted for return with prior arrangement. Refunds will only be made to the original credit or debit card.



CLAIMS

Claims arising from damages, delay or partial loss in transit must be made via email so as to reach us within 5 working days of delivery. All claims with regard to the quality or quantity of the goods must be made via email so as to reach us within 5 working days of receipt of goods, or such goods shall be deemed to comply with the terms of the contract. 



LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Workwear Bundles nor any of its partners, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the information, content, materials or products included on this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of damage to property and claims of third parties.



GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions will be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
